Production Time

All the jewelry is made to order. Production time is anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the time of the year. This does not include shipping time, only the time it takes to create your piece. My busiest times are April-June for Mother's and Father's Day and November-December for Christmas.

Payment is accepted thru Pay Pal.
Pay Pal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Echeck. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.

U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class mail and a tracking number will be provided by Pay Pal.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

International Orders ship via First Class Airmail.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Jewelry Care

All Metal, except for Aluminum, will tarnish over time. Please use a polishing cloth only to clean all your Metal jewelry or you will remove the darkening in the letters. To slow down the tarnishing, store your jewelry in a zip lock bag when not wearing it. Please do not wear your jewelry in pools or hot tubs or you will damage the metal. Also avoid showering with your jewelry unless the entire piece is Sterling Silver. Brass and Copper may not react well to water, shampoo, and soaps
